About the UK Restaurant Leader Summit 2009

Allegra strategies hosted the inaugural UK Restaurant Leader Summit. Over 200 top executives came together to discuss debate and compare ideas and insights on the current and future conditions of the dynamic restaurant industry.
 
Through varied presentations and fascinating panel debate the messages of the day were that the industry is strong and resilient. Customer focus is key as customers are better informed due to varying factors the most prevalent being technology and their expectations are greater than ever before.
